CONSENT with the processing of personal data in conjunction with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) 95/46/ES (hereinafter "GDPR“) I hereby give my consent to KEYNOTE s.r.o. registered at: Pohořelec  149 - Praha 1, PSČ 11908, IČO: 65992768, listed in the busienss registry of foundations of the Municipal Court in Prague, filing number C 124594, e-mail: keynote@keynote.cz (hereinafter "Administrator"), with the processing of my personal date listed in the registration form for an unlimited period of time. Personal data may be stored, or processed for the purposes of conference organization and further communication between the Administrator and the data subject (data processing, sending information about Administrator's activities, sending invitations to other events organized, co-orgainized or supported by the Administrator). Personal data can be given to third persons (recipients), physical persons cooperating with the Administrator (especially project coordinators and further relevant persons collaborating on the Administrator's events); co-organizers, clients, and event partners that are co-hosting events with the Administrator (such as lists of event attendees, information necessary for evaluation of grants for events organized by the Administrator). The data subject declares that they were duly informed about the processing and protection of personal data, that the above-given personal data is correct and true and that they are submitted to the Administrator out of free will.
