Alice Němcová Tejkalová mentions in the video interview that the COVID-19 pandemic and home office could better influence women in journalism because “they really can combine their work with motherhood”. She hopes that it will lead to more women staying in the field, because “when they have babies there is a danger they will simply drop out of journalism”.
